Mark Francisco is a Registered Guidance Counselor and Registered Psychometrician with 16 years of solid experience in the field of counseling and education. He is currently the Guidance Head of Domuschola International School and was previously affiliated with San Beda University Manila as a tertiary Guidance Counselor for 9 years. Moreover, he is also the Guidance Consultant of SCAS and MPC Colleges. Aside from his counseling work in school, he is also a private practice psychotherapist and counselor for adults. He specializes in handling general issues on mental health such as anxiety and depression, personal and social crisis, career consultations, and adjustment-related concerns.

Mr. Francisco is very much engaged in volunteer work for various NGOs, organizations, and medical foundations. Specifically, he is an advocate of cleft awareness and dedicates most of his time as a Volunteer Psychometrician/Counselor of Noordhoff Craniofacial Foundation Philippines Inc. Moreover, he is an Outsourced Mental Health Counselor of Philippine Mental Association and provides counseling and therapy services to adult patients. On top of this, he is also a trained Facilitator of Katatagan Online (a project of Psychological Association of the Philippines) that provides resiliency training classes to people who are suffering from distress brought about by traumatic events.

Part of his expertise is counseling children and adults, psychological assessment and evaluation, experimental psychology, conceptualization of module-based training programs based on various topics like career guidance, student adjustment, study habits, mental health etc. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree major in Clinical Psychology from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines and earned his Master of Arts in Guidance and Counseling from the University of Santo Tomas.
